Ah - the good old battleship grey Cambridge Audio livery. It was panned by the reviewers, as were the buttons on the CD player (they described them as reminiscent of poking dead flesh). Very unfair, b

  • I dunno, can i post this here? The leather was just an idea - making some matching wood pulls would be cool - maybe when things die down at M&O of course my speaker cables are too short

I just ordered some Ohm's, not as pretty as that but will hopefully do the job.

Here is the Stax answer to the stacked Quad ESL, two F81's in a row aka F-83. :)

This will make most amps cry if not blow up. It's still easier to drive then the F-81 at 80dB/1w compared to 77dB/1w. ;D

Definitely something to design a room around.

I love everything about that room. Except the glass. :(

Monitor Audio PL300. I dream about it every day and one day, I will own a set. :)

Almost old enough to be considered classic by now, but still one of my most desired speakers. And still stunning IMO.

I used to read that magazine when I was in highschool. I think there might be a box full of old issues in my mother's basement.
Hey, I'd be interested in masturbating to that old pile of magazines perusing them, if you determine that said box still exists. I'd pay shipping both ways and stuff. And/or buy them, if you're interested in letting them go.

I really like the Luito line bookshelves posted above.

Some affordable bookshelfs, I may try some of these when I build my starter speaker rig.

The thread is speaker porn. I want totally unattainable shit to whack off to. Speakers with surgically enhanced breasts and teeth whiter than the cliffs of Dover, I want airbrushing and unrealistic expectations of beauty. "Girl next door speakers" belong elsewhere!!!!
