March 6, 20242 yr Tonight No bananas were harmed in the making of this dish (as technically, they tend to be a garnish/side instead of an ingredient, with curries) as this was a turkey chili.
March 15, 20242 yr French toast for more syrup tasting. Three batches have some differences but all are delicious.
March 30, 20242 yr No cooking involved, but made a gigantic fruit salad to take to the Bedecarre Easter gathering. Apples, pears, oranges, grapefruit, mango, cantaloupe, pineapple, grapes, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. Lime juice, lime zest and honey dressing, but this time I grated in some fresh nutmeg. Now in the fridge to meld overnight. It was enough to fill a roasting pan, so I hope there are hungry people tomorrow.
April 1, 20242 yr To be clear, this was Dorothy's Easter party and there was too much of everything even though they were worried there wouldn't be enough food. The fruit salad is very tasty. And I have a large Tupperware of it in my fridge. 😁
