Sechtdamon Posted April 15, 2025 Report Posted April 15, 2025 oatmeal with raisins, walnut, protein milk, grape molasses and sesame butter. YUCK!
swt61 Posted April 27, 2025 Report Posted April 27, 2025 (edited) Didn't take pics, but cooked bacon, hashbrowns and pancakes on the new griddle. Dorothy cooked scrambled eggs inside. Worked fantastic! My assistant griddler (DOTU)) and I made quick work of it, and had fun. Edited April 27, 2025 by swt61 2

swt61 Posted May 12, 2025 Report Posted May 12, 2025 I forgot to take any pics, but today Al and I made smashburgers on the flattop, and they were phenomenal! I'm going to transport the griddle to work this Saturday (customer appreciation day), and I'll recreate the burgers for the crew. Customers will be eating hot dogs grilled by another employee on a Treager, but I thought the employees deserved a little better. The burger used was Costco's 4lb. Organic beef packages, and the 80% was just right. I'm going to follow suit with grilled mushrooms and grilled onions, exactly as Al did them, because his research was spot on! I'll have a choice of cheeses as we did today. Just absolutely delicious burgers, and an epic time with my besties! Followed up with a walk through Roy's Redwoods! Great day all around. 5

I got as far as buying a griddle plate to go on my gas grill a little while ago, but not as far as actually taking it out of the box yet. Keep posting! 2

Voltron Posted May 26, 2025 Report Posted May 26, 2025 Memorial Day BBQ with Claire's sibs and families. My offerings were tempura batter fried zucchinis with an amazing tonnato dipping sauce from Pasta Supply Co. and a couple racks of smoked and grilled baby back ribs. Forgot to take a pic after cutting them up. 5
