Having some Clear Creek "Eau de Vie de Pomme" 8 Year Old Barrel-Aged Apple Brandy This stuff is very nice (and so much better than the Doran Calvados XO). He recommended the Balvenie. I am definitely enjoying it. At some point we are going to get together with a few other guys and do a tasting.
