Luckily I've never had any problems with insomnia. And I'm glad to report that after getting back to my own bed, my trips to get up to pee are back to my usual one per night, instead of four @ MOA II. I get to sleep within 5 minutes if I'm buzzed or drunk, and lately within about half an hour when sober. especially because everybody knows that Fitz is the oldest gay man in the world. Probably should have added, "(wiggles eyebrows)". And: I hate you. If I forget to take 5-HTP, it'll take me several hours to fall asleep.
