The few people I know that are doing the offboard KGSSHV are using the 3U Pessante case which will be way cheaper than custom enclosures/heatsinks.

Well I guess I wasn't really referring to either, just a group purchase of those heatsinks in general. I personally would be only interested in ones for the T2 as I am planning to do an onboard KGSSHV.

Fun. Paypal froze my account because of a sudden flow of cash and asked for immediate tracking numbers to lift the limitation, no matter how I tried to explain to them...

I might have to refund everyone and re-calculate the total including shipping after I have everything ready to ship. So in a couple of days, please expect that you will receive a refund from me, not that your order is wrong or something else. Really sorry for this hassle .

Heh, same thought here. Funny to say it's a real risk to keep the fund in your own PP account, you won't even know when the random limitation happens.

Anyway, Dynahi BOM is here. There are still some missing part numbers though. Again, I need some good eyes to check the errors. Will try to do the DynaFET soon.

i had the same issue with the Pico Slim pre-order last year. First time it's happened. They actually already had investigators that had found the Head-Fi threads. Didn't get my account frozen, but I had to talk to them on the phone for a while.

can 4170g insulator from mouser be used in place of 4171g from future electronic? shipping cost is $50 from future electronic just for a few of those 4171g

For the kgsshv power supply, it sure looks like the bigger ones will fit on the small

heatsinks. I'll measure later. For the T2, absolutely not, they have to be .5 wide.

Ouch sorry to hear this. Are you able to send things via your national post with tracking without resorting to unholy expensive couriers (esp for large stuff like the T2 sets)?

That'd be no problem, registered mail can be tracked on USPS web site after the stuffs enter the custom. Problem is they won't allow pre-sales and ask for tracking number 7 days after the payment. And they insist on that. All I got from them were a whole bunch of generic replies with the same stupid content.

I paid, but my money got refunded by PayPal.... there are other ways to pay, I can send via Chase "Quick Pay," there's wire transfer, I can send a money order, I can obtain bank notes in your local currency and mail them registered small parcel.... I can send some gold....

It's a hassle, but maybe the way to do it is to use PayPal's "send money personal" feature rather than "pay for goods" - I mean, there's some risk to the buyers if you take the money and go to the casino, LOL, but I don't think any of us is worried about that!

paypal will work just fine - read the previous page of this thread to see what the issue was with prepayments. once Lil' Knight has calculated the shipping costs, we can resend our payments
