Here is one of the pictures I took with the Ricoh GR on my trip last week to Busan, Korea. It was taken handheld on a rocky boat and it was pretty dark. Gwangan Bridge The first is B&W jpg straight from the camera. The second pictures is RAW converted to jpg with minimal adjustments (since I don't know how to do much in LR still). I can't decide which one I like best (probably the B&W). Comments and criticisms are always appreciated.

Nice pic Shelly. I like the B&W better mostly because the noise in the darker parts is less intrusive (for me) in B&W vs. the color version.

Went to set up my pedal board and decided the little Nano was a bit small with my current pedals as the power supply could not be mounted beneath the plate. Went out and got the Pedaltrain Jr. instead. Finally got to use my first pedal I bought a couple of months ago and found it to be very good.

Spent yesterday in a Laura Nyro obscession. Skipped going to the Goodwill to pick up a black dress and mommies red lipstick but her hits still have a special place in my life. Not today but last night. A business dinner meeting which we were lucky enough to have the chef in a good mood so he prepared a five course off menu dinner built around a 2012 Booker White Rhone blend that I brought and a 2009 French white Rhone my dinner partner brought. for starters this cucumber based salad with yogurt a Spanish chili grated along with a bunch of Persian spices and Meyer lemon zest. Yummy with the Booker Rhone blend. Next, a Ahi tuna course, layered with radishes and with wasabi and a sesame and sweet potato consume. Was excellent with the French white Rhone. Next a crusted shrimp dish that I forgot to take a picture of which again was excellent with the 2009 French Rhone. You can guess what this is and which wine went well with this. A A desert he just made up on the spot based upon the aromas of the two Rhone wines. We ran out of white wine so we had this for desert. This shit is awesome! /\ /\ /\ /\ /\

I think you'd like Primordial, Dusty. And Arcturus? Shit! Probably going to be ICS Vortex, but I really like him as well as Garm. I doubt Garm will ever record/tour with them, but it could make for a cool Roth/Hagar style tour if they were both on board

Saw Arcade Fire at The Gorge last weekend. Third time seeing Arcade Fire, first time at The Gorge. The Gorge is indescribable. The most breathtaking venue I've ever seen. Show was awesome too.
