2 pointsIt contains three remixes of two tracks, which are amusing and conveniently tough for my system to track, until I got things dialed in. Next:2 points

1 pointNot sure why this one struck me the way it did, but RIP to Haruo Nakajima, the actor who played Godzilla in the original 1954 movie.....(and multiple times thereafter) https://www.nytimes.com/2017/08/08/world/asia/godzilla-actor-haruo-nakajima-japan.html1 point

1 pointWent out to Guerneville for lunch and a sedate paddle on the Russian River. It was the last day of "Lazy Bear Week" and there were still plenty of strapping, hirsute gentlemen in evidence and drinking bellinis at the Big Bottom Market. (Though I assume many of them are actually big tops.)1 point

1 pointmaybe not the best suggestion based on the aesthetic bar weiss is setting, but the ayre codex seems to be pretty good, just a bit skimpy on the features Apparently they're also coming out with a QX-8 with a bunch of bells and whistles including streaming functionality if that's your thing http://www.theaudiobeat.com/highend2017/highend2017_ayre.htm1 point

1 point1 point0 pointsDidn't get the job. I was brought in last week for a first in-person interview, and they hired somebody yesterday, so I'd say that they already had somebody chosen, and were just wasting everybody's (theirs and mine) time due to organizational rules. This would have been an exceptional fit, and I honestly thought the phone call was going to be setting up an interview for the next round.0 points
