1 pointI'm not grilling anything at the moment, but I did clean my Genesis inside and out. When the grease and grime below grilling surface started catching on fire, I figured it was time. The Genesis makes it very easy to take out all the parts and scrape/wash them down that I really should not wait so long.

1 pointThanks guys, it was very good, better than the first one for sure. I let it get to a solid 205 internal before pulling it. Didn't have quite enough rest time but that didn't seem to impact things negatively either. I guess that I am going to have to get up earlier next time, which is unfortunately but on some level I'm happy to suffer for the craft.1 point
