  4. Pork loin, cooked in the InstantPot pressure cooker with cauliflower, onion and celery. The pork is then pulled and put on the Weber to sear. The veggies and juice then go into the Vitamix to make a gravy, added to sauteed Portobello's. Add roasted asparagus with a fresh raspberry sauce and we have an awesome dinner.   11. Oddly, my homemade mac & cheese is IMO one of my best recipes. But sometimes I just want the cheapest box of mac & cheese you can buy. It has to have the powdered cheese. And sometimes there's nothing like a good ol' Spam sandwich. I think it's all about what you had as a kid. Those stuffed peppers look phenomenal!

  14. So, wanted to update this thread with the recent modifications to the schematic. Basically, this consists of running a resistor from B- to the input stage tail current source, and changing the top MOSFET in that current source from a DN2540 to a 10M90S, which increases its voltage limit. This should protect this current source from frying if one of the input tubes goes bad. With this change, C- in the power supply is no longer needed, so the only connections from the power supply are B+. B- and ground.

  16. ...haven't even added the meat yet, was going to add 2 lbs., but pretty sure that won't fit. Will do one pound, eat some, then add the second, or should I hold off until I have 2 or three helpings before I add the second pound...or should I just move it to the larger stovetop pot of the non-crock variety...yeah, will probably do that.

  17. Went to the airpower museum with one of my sons,Planes for the jones beach show took off from there. Blue Angels, snowbirds,Breightling french Jets vintage planes . New F35 fighter jet made a low pass over the runway. To End the Day took a ride in the Yankee Lady B17 bomber as a Farthers day gift from my Kids.My Dad was a eginenier in WWII & worked on & flew in the B17s. So it was pretty cool day.

  21. Stuffed flank steak -- just Swiss cheese and some herbs for Alden and feta and spinach for Claire and me. Pretty tasty
