Oh, man, too early.....RIP, bluesman......

I use an APC H-10 unit that helps regulate voltage, I get minor swings/variances in my main system room and it certainly helps. In our basement, which we 1/2 finished when we moved in, we have a newer 20-amp circuit, and I've had systems down there that need no conditioner and sound great plugged right into the wall. I've also used Shunyata (currently) and Audience (past) AC conditioners that subjectively seem to make a subtle but nice difference; but I got them used on great deals, would never buy them at new prices.

This. Argentina had a very similar (even better) chance and the player bounced it too hard off his chest. Congrat to Germany. Maybe my wife should ask something extra from her boss (she works for SAP, HQ is Waldorf Germany)

Went to our delayed-from-July-3rd town fireworks tonight. Boring, up until a very nice finale.

RIP to both.... I was surprised to hear he was only 76 too! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

Pictures of the actual unit or you didn't REALLY get it Congrat, though....did you get a notice that it was shipping, or did it just arrive? I think I paid for mine in September.... BTW on Tuesday 5/27 I got this in email (snipped from full message) from someone named Manny Torres: Somehow, I think they missed yet another deadline....

Pretty nice, playing it now; thanks Grahame!

Getting some music time in before a lot of meetings today...... Area - Between Purple And Pink. Great ethereal pop.

I was in a meeting until 4:30 ET and just came on to notice the 5-0 score.....HOLY SHIT!!!!

That Jakszyk, Fripp, and Collins is pretty good, got that on FLAC recently..... For me: this has been growing on me the more I listen, group from Norway. Fairly poppy, but quirky and different enough to stand out.

Happy Birthday to you both! Hope your days are great!

Chelsea Wolfe - Unknown Rooms..... (pretty good) And then Eno & Hyde - Someday World (OK, need more listens to see if it grows more)

That sucks, they lose Silva and Neymar for the Germany match.....the foul looked ugly, but didn't realize it was THAT bad....

Ugh, sorry to hear CJ. What's the timeline for healing?
-
Jack, are you getting the same Dinny-DAC disease I have? In any case, congrat, I have one of these too and it's a great unit, especially at that price.

They haven't completed the deliveries of the Geek OUT's yet either! AFAIK, they haven't STARTED delivery of the Pulse's. Still waiting for my Geek Out ordered last September (picked up an ifi iDSD Nano in the meantime, playing very nicely at work), and will NEVER order anything from these asswipes again!

Yup....great steps to get here, but just wore down (and lost one of our best forwards).....

Ian, not to rub it in, but I think you would have loved the Lowell show. Beautiful night outdoors, two lawn areas where blankets and beach chairs ruled, kids under 12 free.....Karen and I had a nice picnic mix from home and Panera. Neko played songs from the above two albums and Middle Cyclone. The new album is a bit too "electric/rocking" for my taste normally, but it was a little more mellow & "countrified" Saturday night. Great sound, VERY tight playing, and 3 songs in the encore including a nice duet with the guitarist of one of his songs. In addition, her in-between-song banter is great. After the first song, she was talking about being in a building across the street, with no pants on, looking at the crowd (nothing "pervy" as she says). She saw a plate of cookie dough apparently, and said she was just up there "cookie-hawkin'." At other times she was talking about hiring some women in the crowd who were dancing, as the "Neko Case Dancers" complete with costumes and their own bus.... Lots of fun, lots of good music. Oh, yeah, her outfit was funny: plain black shirt, and black pants with bones of the legs as graphics.
