I've daisy chained few firewire devices (hard drive, card reader, etc.) and I've had any issues with it. Whether or not daisy chaining firewire devices is actually a "bad" idea or suboptimal, I've no idea. EDIT - I didn't realize Duet didn't like daisy chaining.

Dang, D7000 looks really nice on paper - actually an update/upgrade for D90 (unlike Canon 60D).

The waiver period ends on early Wednesday, 3AM, I think. Yes, if you don't use your #1 this week, it's gone (the waiver order is on rotating schedule, IIRC).

I don't know what was going on when I posted the above post, but below is what it's been like for the past two weeks. I love that upload speed is faster than the download speed.
