I think the HA-1 as a dac only is just as good if not a touch better than the Schiit Bifrost.

Most of my experience is using the HA-1 as a dac and headamp but I think it's dac section is excellent, also remember you can connect an ipad/iphone to it directly and it also supports bluetooth.

New dark theme is now in place it's called Engraved and can be selected via the change theme link on the bottom left of the page.

Try actually reading my initial post - the theme won't be removed until a suitable replacement is found. So yes there will still be a dark theme.

Yep, that's exactly what I always think. Even if smartwatches do become something more than just phone accessories, it's still going to be a very small screen and that severely limits what useful information you can show on it.

I just don't get smartwatches. I don't see the point of them at all.

The infinite dark theme will be going away shortly, the dev has already announced it won't be updated to support the upcoming major new version of the forum software. It won't be removed until I find a suitable replacement that will be updated to support the next forum software version.

I would say at least a majority should be required, if not more. It's alright Brent and I are going to try a more "equitable" trade to make everyone happy.

I'm honestly surprised the trade was veto'd, didn't realize folks were talking things THAT seriously. Well ok then. I do think the veto should require more than a 1/3rd vote.

Very happy with my Surface Pro 3 it's an excellent device. I did have to replace the type cover twice before getting one that worked fully but Best Buy was good about that (very surprising). They did do a really nice job on the fan design, I don't hear it at all doing general computing like e-mail, web browsing, and even video playback. Anything really intensive and the fan does become audible though it's still quiet.

I'm as big a fan of Amazon as anyone, but this phone is a stupid idea. The head tracking tech was more thought-out than I expected, but it's not going to sell them any phones. I'm really surprised they aren't tossing in something like a special data plan that includes unlimited usage of Amazon Prime's streaming services.

1) I'm skeptical Windows XP sounds any better than Windows 7/8 (especially if using WASAPI output is an option). 2) Even more skeptical there are differences in sound between foobar versions. Just use the latest version and keep the drivers for your dac up-to-date. 3) USB is USB - I wouldn't bother with any of those special 'audiophile' cards. Total waste of money.
