Shelly, don't stress. Use google calendar, or whatever calendaring system works best for your platform/ecosystem of choice. That way you can see what's coming up. Typically you can set reminders to trigger in advance so you know what's coming up / when you have a decision point / time to leave. Beats having to cary a fridge door with you everywhere
