Dusty Chalk

I'm about 25 minutes into Sour Grapes -- an hour and twenty-five minute documentary on wine douches. I have to stop, I'll finish it later. I spent too much time and energy saying "fuck you" to the screen. "Just fuck you."

Ah! Thank you.

I can't read that -- what is it?

Why is it precariously balanced? Did the waiter actually bring it that way? I mean, good on him/her, but still...seems like they were deliberately challenging the wait staff...

I'd take one, but I forgot about plans I had Sunday, so I'm a 'maybe' at this point. How many do you have left? Would you mind penciling me in for one, because I am still going to try to make it.

RIP, John Wetton Fuck cancer!

Hellboy!

Home made Thai-style garlic pepper beef (my version of Kratiem Prik Thai)

Fennesz + Sakamoto, Cendre (on Tidal, though)

I especially like the part about dystopian novels, because I've read a couple of those over the years.

It would be more helpful to know what you were doing differently. If it happens again, please take notes of what you were doing with the forum.

Doesn't it depend on the amp? A lot of amps that have balanced inputs do one of two ways -- you should check to make sure what the amp does, first.

Grilled pork is my favourite!

Two Banh Mi-ses.

This is a weird order. It's neither the incidental music in the order of the play, nor is it in the order of the two suites. In particular, it's kind of weird yet genius to put Åses død in front of Solveig's Song. That said, I like it; my two favourite movements played back-to-back. And it's meticulously played.

"Solvejg's Song" might be my favourite vocal piece of classical music, ever. Definitely queuing that up for after Testtone.

In the meantime, there are showreels. I hope you feel better, you bet.

Was: #obamadawn Now: #obamadusk Now I has a sad.

Looks yummy.

Mike Oldfield, Return to Ommadawn -- this is wonderful, the return to form I've been looking forward to for years. Not just another musical anagram.

I mean, the original song is great, so choosing it was genius, but this mashup just broke my heart all over again. 15 years ago, on another forum (Audio Asylum), of all Radiohead tracks, this is the one we chose for a group-assembled compilation.
