This silly place -- Absolute Noodle and Sushi -- made the mistake of letting me put together my own plate. So I kept going and going -- I don't think there's a name for this, but if there is, it'd be something like "white devil hedon gluts self and is slothful". It was tasty delicious. That's duck meat, by the way. I'll try one of their standard fare dishes this week -- if it's anything as good as this was, I may have found my NYC-quality ramen place in DC, and it's walking distance from work.

I wouldn't do anything to any of the associated addresses -- neither the .ru address nor the dromero address -- you might accidentally confirm something that they were fishing for. IIRC, Comcast has the ability to report an email -- I'd send it to them and be done with it. It's very common to use someone else's email address in the header -- they probably didn't even hack you, they probably hacked someone who had your email address. That said, change your password, as Jacob said. Heck, I think you can even change your email address with comcast. And certainly don't go posting it like you just did. C==L?
