  1. I could not figure out what to listen to today, so I listened to some Funkadelic, Stevie Wonder, Motown, Robert Randolph & co., and Rock Candy Funk Party -- I'm really digging this album, We Want Grooove.
  2. Not even, when head-fi goes down, we can get three in a day. Also, I love Basic Instructions. My avatar on Facebook was stolen from one of my favorite episodes:
  3. Yeah, that is particularly useful as a spreadsheet. (sorts on column 'H')
  4. Re: Dita's dress -- looks like they ran out of ink before they were done, neh? On an unrelated note, do you think they'll say "neh" a lot in Ender's Game the Movie? I'm curious if that'll translate well. I always feel like such a goof when I say that out loud.
  5. Catching only the tail end of this. Argh. EDIT: "2 more." almost an hour ago. Thanks.
  6. Well, that's the grand question, isn't it? I think it's largely a matter of preference. Besides, since when have we ever listened to anyone else's opinions besides our own? "supposed to be", lollers. Todd -- towards the bottom of this page is a section on DSD downloads.
  7. Happy Birthday! (party favour noise)
  8. Actually, if you had waited until 6:27am tomorrow morning, she probably would have found it at 6:31am tomorrow morning -- at least, that's been my experience with Murphy's law. Next time, you can put a hold on the card -- makes it inaccessible, but doesn't cancel it, if you really think you can find it again.
  9. Logistics, Release the Pressure
  10. You have them on the right way?
  11. Etymotic ER-6i's or Sony MDR-7506/-V6 ...and I recommend you read your welcome PM.
  12. Songs in the Key of Life -- unlimited edition -- still pretty brilliant, I really need to listen to Stevie more. Dude understands everything I love about music -- melody, groove, jamming, he even experimented with some unorthodox elements in his music.
  13. tasty prog and OSI in particular -- one of those albums in the middle -- I forget which one, Blood or Free -- is kind of disjoint, it goes back and forth between Fates-Warning-esque guitar-driven tracks and Kevin-Moore synth-driven tracks. But that's not to say that it isn't still worth getting -- I like all four albums. But that first one and the most recent one (Fire Make Thunder) are the two best, IIRC. I should listen to all four at once, just to remind myself. Me: new Sharon Jones single, "Retreat!" on SoundCloud -- superb as always. I really need to see her live.
  14. Excellently said. Sent frum mah phone-blet using Tapatalk.
  15. Well that didn't last long. Lollers.
  16. Whoa, you get circular rainbows there? Too fucking hip.
  17. Just walked 3 miles. My, it's gorgeous outside.
  18. Okay, so in one alternate reality (Canada) it exists, but in this one (USA) it doesn't? Top of the Lake -- well now, that was disturbing -- rape, pedophilia, incest -- this show had it all.
  19. My nightmares say, 'thank you', for that bit of imagery. (involuntarily shudders)
  20. Happy birthday! (party favour noise)
  21. So much win it cannot be contained within a single point in time.
  22. Oh, sorry, I confused CX-5 with the Mazda5...nevermind...
  23. Or truecar.com. My ex almost got a CX-5, but she ended up getting a Subaru XV Crosstrek instead -- she's extremely happy with it (regularly gets 32mpg), but it might be too small for you if you want a 7-seater. It's a bit smaller than the CX-5, I think.
