the non-custom jh13s and jh16s are only an approximation of what they actually sound like. And I can't imagine pairing jh13s with a tube amp. When you say "given the choice", are you saying you're not getting any of them? Because you ARE given the choice if you're ordering. That's what the ordering process is.

I just swapped a 9 speed cassette onto a better 26" wheel I picked up, so I think the red white and blue fsr should be rideable. I'll test it tomorrow. I may also need to replace the fork, but I'll find that out soon enough.

At work, our systems are starting to move toward using laptop class processors because of the power savings. The GPU could aways be added via thunderbolt and a PCIe chassis if you need them.

Regardless of what class they call it, the mini with the quad 2.6 is still a pretty screaming system.

the quad 2.6 i7 mini seems like a reasonable little system. Dunno if it's fast enough for maths tho. I'm pretty happy with my 2008 mac pro.
