http://www.strava.com/challenges/climb-for-nepal I just signed up for this. Almost 30k ft of climbing in june. It'll be brutal, but it's for a good cause.

Just rode 16 miles for my first ride of the year. Half a mile in my seat post collar gave up so I did the ride with my seat all the way down. Still did ok.
