I enjoyed it. I put tumeric in the rice, and american saffron, thyme, paprika, and parsley in the paella. The kids apparently liked it too, as I didn't have any leftover.

The rice was cooking in the rice cooker, and it was shrimp, squid, octopus, and mussels, plus peppers, onions, tomatoes, and garlic.

Smoking a lamb loin roast

I did 12ish miles on the Cannondale today, after getting it set up with the Centaur 10sp triple group. Unfortunately, the chain broke at the bottom of my final climb, but I think it was a decent ride otherwise. I think I like it as much as the calfee.
