I did have a look there and there is one for ripping to MP3 and autoloading onto an iPod, but it doesn't quite repurpose if you want to move the files to CD instead.
I'm stumped here and hoping someone else may have faced this issue before and solved it already. I'd like to burn some MP3 CDs for my wife's car so she can just put the changer on shuffle and have a decent amount of music on tap. (No, sadly it doesn't have an aux in.)
Since I now keep my music in iTunes in lossless format, though, I haven't yet figured out a simple way to convert and burn a large playlist without subsequently ending up with loads of duplicate files needing to be purged from my library.
Any thoughts?
For most of the day today I thought I'd managed to lose my iPhone. Also thought I was going to cry. Scary to think how much of my life is in this thing.
Veering a bit off-topic here, but it looks like the Mini is about to be updated by Apple and the word (such as it is) is that the new version will probably not have FireWire any more.
Little neighborhood tradition, on New Years Day the guys on our street go down to The Chicken Bone en masse and treat hangovers with buckets of nuclear hot wings, pitchers of Newkie Brown and many, many games of darts.
Was a good time, though I think my stomach will not be thanking me.
We've had a good bit already. Still coming down. I got a snowthrower for Christmas, so I don't give a shit-diddly-dit anymore, do I?
Of course, just for that, now it probably won't start...
Started with no headphone gear at all. Ended up with what's in my sig -- which I'd incidentally like to submit for consideration in the FOTM-iest/HC-iest awards category (non-electrostatic division).
Next year is the year to get the rig better organized and beat the cable clutter. I definitely see a nice new desk and some bits and pieces of quality custom Texas woodworking in my future.
Other than that, I might have a listen to some Stax. What harm could possibly come of that?
