  2. I can't wait to get mine fit properly. I've spoken with my shop about doing a full-on fitting on it sometime over the winter or very early in the spring.
  3. Happy Birthday!

    Deals

If something like this ever pops up again on a big $$ item and someone wants to circumvent sales tax (not that I endorse that sort of thing) you could have it shipped to me in good old tax free NH and I'll ship it to you.
  5. The Civil Wars - Barton Hollow
  6. Excellent news, Justin.
  7. We got between 10 and 12". Thankfully it was light, fluffy stuff so it wasn't misery clearing the driveway. If it stays cold for the next week and a half the ski areas around here might be off to their first good start in years.
  8. Bummer, Chris, but better to have caught it now than midway through your first ride.
  9. The snow started in earnest about 15 minutes ago. The current forecast is calling for 10-14" mixed in with some sleet/freezing rain by late tomorrow.
  10. I'm glad I chose not to have anything to do with this mess. Remind me, is there an actual fracking product yet or are they just continuing to sell vaporware with a promise of delivery sometime next year?
  11. Ok.
  12. If the C50's were clinchers I'd probably be all over them. Sadly, with the I ride on and the 3 season riding I'm not going tubular any time soon.
  13. We had about an inch on the ground this morning but nothing really became of it. It mostly rained at work. The forecast for tomorrow is a crapshoot with some outlets calling for snow and others say cloudy. Blech.
  14. Very jealous - much fun appears to have been had.
  15. Wuhoo! Nicely done.
  16. Sorry to hear that there was suffering, Jeff but it looks like a great crew that represented HC in proper fashion.
  17. A very happy birthday, Todd!
  18. Happy belated Birthday, Tom!
  19. Bwaaahahaha!!
  20. Nice looking headband but the rest of it doesn't do much for me. And at least Bushmills right. Bushmilk would have made for an especially fun limited edition headphone.
  21. I don't care how nicely a wallet is built, I'm never sitting on it for very long (if at all). That's simply a recipe for back/leg pain as Haj pointed out.
  22. At more than triple the cost (and in some cases a lot more than that) I'm going to disagree with you Jacob.
  23. No direct experience with that model, Ric, but it looks better built than the one that we bought for Andrew. Of course it costs about 2x as much so that's to be expected.
  24. Nicely done, Ari. Me: looked at the forecast last night and saw that it was supposed to be in the mid 30's at 6am and decided that was good enough. I could have done without the persistent mist this morning but otherwise it was a pleasant, if slow, ride to work. The afternoon trip should be nicer if things dry out a touch and it adds a few degrees to the mercury. Sadly the Calfee is now covered in shit so a good cleaning will be in order but I couldn't resist getting a commute to work in in December. And if anyone is interested the Roubaix is up for sale - see this thread for details - http://forums.thepaceline.net/showthread.php?t=140445 - I'd be willing to sweeten the deal for someone here.
