The weather took a turn for the better today and I got in a nice 28 miles (4 laps) of the lake. Awesome to be back out riding. I think I can get used to riding in the afternoon heat.

Ritchey makes a pro -30 it looks like and it's in stock all over.

Raffy what is the angle on the stem you are running now? Maybe you can get something with more negative angle to get you your drop.

Yeah Battley race like real pros and are very cutthroat.

That race is organized by my club. Me: I got out for 50 minutes or so and managed only about 15 miles or so. Need to get out more.

Mike, I'd say it is likely a pass based on what I see so far. You would likely need to put on a pretty short and negative angle stem to get the HB close to where they should be. Are you running any spacers etc now? Raffy I think the HT on my frame is 24cm I don't have my ordering spreadsheet with me. That said it's also a much larger frame.

There was a good article on the various types of lubes and their effectiveness in Velo magazine. Of the ones that wasn't a giant PITA I believe Pedro's Ice Wax was one of the best. I use both Pedros Ice and Pro Gold. I guess I should just switch to only Pedros. Man I really want to get back out on my bike. Not sure when that's going to happen though as Meaghan needs a hand with the kids in the mornings and it's hotter than Hades in the afternoons these days.

Cancelled my order. Not because of the DRM but just because the more I think about it more the WiiU makes more sense.

The more I listen to Hits1 (yes I know it's formulaic pop) the more the horrid audio quality drives me crazy. Definitely will not be paying for this.

You have a great point. Maybe I should go WiiU anyway. I do like my Wii and the simpler less violent games.... The boys will be playing it before I know it.
