After some technical issues, the app is not working. I haven't tried to listen with headphones yet so no comments on sq. From what I can tell, the cost is included in my PC account. At first it looked like there was an extra charge but I was told there is not.
Glad you guys are having fun. Looking forward to getting there. As to starting the impressions thread, it was a good effort. I'm sure Matt will start a proper one during the weekend.
The desk and cabinet we moved was about 2/3 the size of the one in the pic. I had the back of the chair against the desk where you would sit. As a result of moving it, I gained about 3' in length to my listening area.
Yesterday my brother in law, son and I moved a built in desk and cabinet from my music room to my son's room. I now have a good 8.5' between me and my speakers and was able to pull the speakers about 2' off the back wall. The speakers are about 7' apart.
It looks like ATT has made some moves to improve 3G coverage in NYC and SF.

That's just what I needed to read. You must remember that I've owned a Scirocco, 2 Passats and 2 Touaregs, I have strong leg muscles.
I should be so lucky, I mean no, it's Scotch.
Beads have been in for about 48 hours. I tried to calibrate and adjust the digital hygrometer but not sure I got it set right. The digital H gets to as high as 66% and down to 63%. I put my analog in there to see what it would read and it's at 70%. Do I just need to give it time or should I try calibrating and adjusting the digital H again?
Edit: I have 1 1/2 lbs of Heartland beads.
I'm in favor, I would like to upgrade our HT one of these days. I missed out on a local deal for an Emotiva LPA-1 7 channel amp and MMC-1 Processor on A'gon. I currently have a HT in a box from Klegg that I bought from Oz at Let There Be Sound. Not bad for what it is but I would love to take it to the next level. The catch is my wife doesn't want "big" speakers in the the room which is kind of our main place for watching tv and used to be the living room. I'm thinking small monitors for the fronts and surrounds that are a wood that would match the room well. Something like these, which I think I can get a good deal on from Oz: System-Audio SA505 in cherry
