Rebuilt my PC in a new case (Antek Solo) for the purpose of minimizing noise, then went to bed and dreamed about cable DBT. Woke up, cooked some bbq, then sat my ass down at the pc.

Ouch Al, sorry to hear about your accident. Like everyone else, I hope it isnt too bad and you have a quick recovery. Doesnt sound like fun. If the mechanics have to do work, make sure they get your alloy right.

Woke up early, fixed the old man who lives down the street's TVs (all 4 of them, he basically gets them on the wrong channel or input) for the 5th time in the past two weeks , read internets moar, got some groceries and 6lbs of beef to make bbq tomorrow, finished denon mods, then rewired a ck2iii for 240v mains for it's new home in Scotland.

That depends how anal you want to get. The filter and interstage caps look like FKP panasonics, which is good enough for me, but might not be for you. If you really want to get into it, every single cap would need to go.

There is a coupling capacitor between the input stage and output stage on both of those phono preamps. Also, the RIAA filter caps certainly impact the signal. Heck, the PS caps do too.
