I just finished this little gem:
Ben Webster & Joe Zawinul - Soulmates
And now listening to this
Lou Reed - Berlin
Funnily enough I've just noticed one of the reasons I like Amanda Palmer
I hope you're right Jacob. I fear the companies involved in the plant aren't completely honest, so security measures aren't what they're supposed to be. They're scoring the hazard at 4/7 and I'm not sure how much scored Chernobyl on that scale
Glad you found it interesting, sorry for the raving, it's not very frequently that I can see my town used as background for that kind of pics. SFO, NY, Paris, Rome or London are way more photogenic
That city is Madrid, right the confluence of Gran Via with Alcalá. Behind the Schweppes ad there are very expensive hotel suites. They shoot there the film "The Day of the Beast" (el día de la bestia) by Alex de Laiglesia, who was one of the Oscar nominees this year.
The painter Antonio Lopez (rather respected, his works sell for high hundred thousand euros) captured that street (Gran Vía) in several of his works
This is what 3rd World is about. I'm paying about 57 euros/month for this crap, and what's worse, no company can give me higher speeds. Cable company doesn't cover my street. And I live pretty downtown the capital, not the suburbs
Good luck Jacob. 33% wage increase for about the same work load is a great deal.
Dinny, get well soon. Or not, staying at home, if you're not feeling dying sick, is nice too. Take care mate
We'll see Al, I wouldn't be that enthusiastic about it. Some external HDD manufacturers have recently released USB 3.0 drives but nothing about Thunderbolt. I wish you're right, it looks a better interface, but USB's universality is a factor.
