November 18, 201411 yr Thanks, everyone! certainly was a different birthday than Im accustomed to! Girlfriend took me to a natural wildlife reserve, got to witness nature in action. Most impressive of all was seeing a small snake in a tree, and then an osprey came out of nowhere and snatched it right in front of our eyes... made me wish I had a good camera! That was most of the day, walking these trails and enjoying nature. Then had dinner with friends and family, always a nice time. Finished the day with some line dancing at a country bar! I definitely want to learn this now.
November 18, 201411 yr Line dancing? People still do that? Awesome. They did when I was in high school 20 years ago, but I haven't seen it since. I thought it had died out, but maybe it's just that I haven't spent much (if any) time in country bars. Sounds like it was a fun day.
