That seems like a seriously dangerous road to ride on. So many blind corners, blind hill tops, narrow lanes and people wandering across lanes as they take the sharp corners. I would never get on a bike on that road.

I was thinking of a different road. I don't think I have ever ridden on that one. Still don't hit me when I am riding.

The high end cars and coffee has been building up anticipation for a special car this weekend.  Everyone was thinking an FF or some other new supercar.  Instead it is the new Miata.  I was not even aware there was  a new Miata.

 

Is this the cars and coffee in the Castro?

Top of my list for next car. I loved my '08, and this is 200 lbs lighter, with much done to improve handling, center of gravity etc.

Yeah, it looks like an amazing car. I would have considered it myself, but it is just too darn small to be your "only" car.

 

In a two car household though, the MX-5 would be a fantastic car to pair with a more practical SUV or crossover.

Finally, on the third attempt, I was able to get my carbon-ceramic tint done and remedy the fish bowl effect on my car.  Couldn't go that dark because stupid laws.

That looks like a ton of fun and extraordinarily reasonably priced. 

Yeah, local Audi Car Club of America has a two day course at VIR for $450 that might be more worthwhile.

And VIR.  I love that place.  Any idea which course they run?

No, packets do not come out until 5 weeks prior and their website gives very little detail.  It appears to be only 8 25 minute track sessions across the two days.
