July 1, 201511 yr comment_693332 Desktop experience very iffy due to the anvil of iTunes integration but mobile looks pretty good. Sound quality not so great to my ear? Report
July 1, 201511 yr comment_693339 Haven't had time to upgrade laptop, but thankfully on mobile (which I use 90%+ anyway) "For You" keeps most of advantages of Beats UI. Certainly has a kitchen sink feel at this point. Seems to be adjusting quickly to previous plays. Catalog appears deeper than Tidal (though that's likely the case for all other services). Bitrate is supposedly 256 AAC on wifi streaming/download and some unknown output on streaming "cellular." Haven't done any dedicated listening on quality front yet. Report
July 1, 201511 yr comment_693348 Quality didn't sound great to me in my limited listening. Granted it was with a set of noise canceling Bose IEMs. Report

August 5, 201511 yr Author comment_698617 Generally happy. Have cancelled Qobuz and Spotify, keeping TIDAL for the desktop. Some over-curation going on, one playlist I came across this evening: "Third-Wave Ska Songs About Food." Report

August 7, 201511 yr comment_698895 I'm not sure if you meant someone servicing your wristwatch while someone else (hopefully?) services your person, or if one was slobbing your knob and the other was watching pro bono.Either way, I also think ill of their publication. Report

May 6, 201610 yr comment_729324 I am not reassured by that article at all. They "suspect"? To me, it seems obvious that this was the first author's secondary Mac, the primary being the music server, the secondary being his DAW (digital audio workstation). Sounds like the second author didn't do his due diligence before publishing his article. Report
