This Blue Prince game... haven't played anything like it since Outer Wilds. I am loving it.

Another puzzle game masterpiece. If you enjoy puzzles this is not to be missed.

Silksong crashes Steam, Nintendo eShop on release day — highly anticipated indie video game took six years to arrive and is already one of the most played games ever on Steam.

My (sainted, octogenarian) mother asked me about Silksong today.  Its launch was so big that the type of news she listens to covered it.

Y'all remember Plants vs. Zombies (2009).  One of the most beloved video games ...ever.  It had a couple sequels that were nothing like it, and at least one "F2P" online version IIRC.  Well, apparently EA shat out a "remaster" last month called Plants vs. Zombies: Replanted and it's a half baked, buggy AI-upscaled mess.

Now that's a damn shame.

Might just be me, but other than the faces being overdone I think the lighting looks fantastic. That being said, I'm a 5090 owner and play with settings maxed out, so I care more about image quality than most.

The new GeForce tech has typically gotten this reception initially, so nothing new from the usual suspects in bitching about it.
