No pics but we stopped at President Obama's favorite smokehouse here in Asheville, Twelve Bones. Brisket, smoked turkey, sweet vinegar slaw, jalapeno cheese grits and corn pudding all were awesome.

Sous vide filet mignon 122°F rare, finished with a simultaneous pan and torch sear in butter. Sauteed asparagus an mashed potatoes for sides. Filet2.jpgFilet2 cutaway.jpg

I don't know what you're trying to pull, but you've obviously falsified your profile!

I spent ten years in Indianapolis getting all "cultured" before returning home to the natural state ;)
