Pretty good - heat it up a bit - it tastes like Bacon... (which is good)

It's good when bacon tastes like bacon. 

Bought some jowl bacon from University of Illinois meat science lab.  In the oven on low heat for half an hour.  The best bacon I've ever had by far.  Of course, it's like 80% fat.  Nearby HC'ers should definitely get some when it's on sale.
