January 22, 20179 yr It's a feature if you always want to have a pot of fresh bacon grease in your fridge to saute brussels sprouts in. Which I do.
January 22, 20179 yr I do the same with Green beans. Also quite good for 7-11 Green chili burritos. Microwave burrito for 1 minute, then fry in bacon grease until nicely browned on each side. Slather top with sour cream and serve with a side of Fritos. I'm sure Stretch or Augsburger can recommend a complimentary wine.
