April 2, 201610 yr Just made a big stash of my famous Soy Vay Hoisin Garlic/orange chicken cube steak -- it was kind of an accident -- I threw the cube steak into the pan thinking it was ground beef. When it didn't come apart, I quickly threw orange juice and Soy Vay Hoisin Garlic and put it all into a bigger pot and started pulling out a piece at a time and cutting it into ~bite size chunks, throwing it back in, stirring, adding some spices (from memory: cumin, black pepper, orange zest, and (real) garlic). Came out perfect! Wow, I got lucky. I had a couple pieces, it came out really tasty and tender. Still could've used more garlic.

April 24, 201610 yr One of the few lasagnas (lasagnii?) that I have made. Pretty tasty Though not good for me these days, I would eat the fuck out of that. Good work bro!
April 30, 201610 yr Turns out the water heater was running 24/7 due to the leaking faucet in my bathtub that the landlord refund to get fixed for almost 2 months since the leak wasn't bad enough. Projected electricity bill is back down to the ~$80s for this month.
April 30, 201610 yr Now, that's a load off ... why not any pictures of the electric bill, or would that be cramming too much meaning in to a photograph?
May 2, 201610 yr Bone in rib eyes I was rushed and hungry and forgot to take pics while cutting them, but here is a half in progress
