I'm having one of these:

Americano

1 1/2 oz Gran Classico

1 1/2 oz Cocchi Italian Vermouth

Add Campari (or Gran Classico) and Italian Vermouth to medium size glass with 2 lumps ice. Fill with Soda Water and garnish with orange slice.

1oz cherry heering

1oz French vermouth

1-2 dash Peychauds

Stir, strain and garnish with cherry

Getting inspired to try a clone, but it involves cooking plain white sugar till it is incredibly dark. When I get there I'll get a fresh bottle to cultivate the yeast from.

^^just an FYI, Westvleteren 12 is coming to the U.S. next year via Shelton Brothers...probably a one time deal to raise money for the monastery...
