Just finished binging the German Netflix series "The DarK".
It is fantastic. The filming is just awesome. Now that I'm done with the first season, I want to watch it again just to check out some of the scenes.
The soundtrack from Ben Frost is pretty good although it's a little bit Johann Johannsson sound-a-like.
One of the best Netflix sci fi.
Yesterday I went to Costco to pick up a few things, but mostly to pick up a couple of N-95 masks that were being handed out. Then spent most of the day staying inside to avoid all the smoke and falling ash.
Throttle by wire sucks. Lived that dream...
Some of these bikes look amazing from a tech standpoint. I'm struggling a bit with all the sharp angles incorporated...I'm digging the retro bikes posted earlier. Old fart alert...

My motorcycle buddy rides the 1200RS and loves it and it is always a possibility. I am holding out for next weekend as the BMW shop is doing a big demo day with specials but they only have one GS and no RS to test ride if you just walk into the store outside of their demo day.
I rode the Multistrada and it had the worst throttle, by far, of any bike I tried. It was a strange off and on drive by wire that made slow parking lot kind of riding very difficult.
This is how the small board with trimmer and resistor looks like.
I do think the T2 amp board by Kevin is a very good one. Easy to build, just put the right component in right position, solder properly and then you are done. If something goes wrong it’s possible to work on the board. And it's also a terrific board for experiments, tests, modifications…...
cspirou: I would add an input resistor to ground as well. You can match Q1 to Q3 and Q5 to Q7, but I don’t think matching is all that useful here. If you want to try another small SMD buffer, let me know. I have just ordered some boards now that I have verified their performance versus sims. I can include matched Toshiba JFETs and the other dual package BJTs are available at Mouser.
