Great season 3 opener! I thought it was hilarious that both Holder & Linden both tell each other that they've quit smoking, as if to show they've moved on from their partnership after not seeing each other for months. The new case is related to a side story mentioned in season 2, but you needn't have watched the Larsen case to jump into this one. Did anyone catch the irony of Holder's girlfriend & the tattoo on his chest?.

Season 2 reruns finished this past weekend & the Rosie Larsen case has been solved. Whew! Season 3 premieres June 2nd with a 2-hr opener.

Reruns of Season 2 are just finishing up. I love this show. I love how it is shot - every week I feel totally immersed in dark, cold, wet Seattle. On pins & needles waiting to see how the Rosie Larson murder case ends.

Does "Hi-Z"/"Low-Z" on the ECP amp refer to the change in output impedance or to the gain setting?

"Luther (Season 2)" - liked a lot, great ending ep, although it felt a bit rushed. "Rectify" - opening ep was interesting. Slow-burn kind of start, which I don't mind. Will continue to see where it goes. DVR-ed the "Top of the Lake" marathon yesterday, so will check that out in the next days.

I liked "Continuum" quite a bit. It has a proper combination of sci-fi & human relationships, with a focus on the latter. Plus your comments re: Nichols' toughness, vulnerability, & pretty are spot on.

Luther (Season 1) - awesome. Couldn't stop watching, so we marathoned the whole first season. This is a prime example of good TV. Alice = love!
