Good comeback win by the Caps tonight, they could have given up after a horrible first. Hell of an OT goal.... Give them a lot of credit, and the Bruins just choked this away in the second and part of the third. Gave me scary flashbacks to the Dave Lewis-era Bruins, where NO 3 goal lead was ever safe!

Agreed, re: Kate Bush. I remember being at a party having a great time, but then 3 of us sequestering ourselves in a room just to watch a couple videos of her (Wuthering Heights, The Man With The Child In His Eyes). Definitely worth the break, we had the furries for her big time.

Happy Birthday!!

Dang, can someone take my 14 year old for a bit? Glad dads and moms getting a break, thanks to those who take care of the kids....we had our share of those breaks.

Glad to hear you and house are OK, Steve. Was there any peripheral heat damage?

Great stuff! I've seen some emails that go around with a baseball story like this. Never know if it is/they are true. But seeing this on video makes this real, and thoroughly awesome!

Happy Birthday!

Just picked the new CD up on vacation, haven't listened yet. Thanks for the impression Dusty, it will help set my expectation. I liked No More... But it did take a bit....

Sorry to hear, Dan... 19 years IS awesome, though! May you enjoy the lifetime of memories.

Happy Birthday!

Very nice pic, and very nice son! Happy Birthday Mum

Happy Birthday!!

Happy Birthday Colin!

Wood it be that this is a great birthday... Have an awesome day!

My favorite:

I actually asked our facilities manager, she said we can't do that today. I would have worn my Charlestown Chiefs jersey.....

http://xfinity.comcast.net/blogs/tv/2013/02/15/underdog-cartoon-co-creator-dies-at-85/ I always liked Underdog, his superpowers were enhanced by taking a pill hidden in his ring..... Something so wrong but funny in that!

Happy Birthday! Now you get to EAT the cake you made before

Saw this one on FB today, liked it too

Not that I've heard a ton, but have you tried any Hawkwind? Need to dig a 2-CD compilation I have of them out and listen, it's been eons..... PS - just listened to Echoes (as well as Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun) today!

What, Paterno WASN'T the Pope?

^^^ Win......only thought that was done in Canada

^^^ Awesome shit! Didn't see the peeking one at first

Good luck to all snowblowing, shoveling, and plowing.....and be careful. Just finished my walkway, top of the driveway, and roof; we have a plow service but the drifts were ugly. Nice neighbor with snowblower helped with the top of the driveway.... Same roof situation as Haj, drifts caused big piles on one section & side, minimal on the other. Thankfully not heavy snow here, but Cape Cod I heard got a lot of wet snow to start.
