^ Reading this on my phone, I was really confused why Dan was talking about analysis of variance in this thread.
  3. Has anyone here used Winclone before? I'm thinking of using it to migrate my Boot Camp partition to a new SSD for my laptop. I'm trying to avoid the hassle of putting Superdrive back in (it's been replaced with a hard drive) just to install Win 7 again via Boot Camp, only to take it out right after put back in my second hard drive.
  4. Finally got around to doing our taxes last night and it looks like we owe Uncle Sam a bit. It's a combination of both my wife and I putting in too much withholding when we both changed jobs in the past couple of years, our retroactive raises, and the First Time Home Owner's Credit repayment. We usually get at least some back so it was bit of an unpleasant surprise. Oh and dang, N-400 is a long form.
  5. You obviously have not been to Mass RMV. USCIS office in Boston is also impressive, though in this case, I believe it is more a case of demand far outweighing the service as opposed to sheer inefficiency.
  6. Natalie Merchant - Tigerlily
  7. Just saw your post. Still going through the book - about ⅔ of the way through. I'm not exactly the fastest English reader (Japanese, on the other hand, I can read rather quickly) and until I got myself a Paperwhite last month, I was barely reading any since my eyes would get tired really quickly reading books on iPad. So far, I like it, but took a bit to get going since it was difficult to figure out what was going on for a while.
  8. Thanks. Now I know what I'll be reading when I'm procrastinating (and I'm at home).
  9. Happy Birthday!
  10. ^ That looks plenty fast to me.
  11. Same here and I love that some places (like CDBaby) have started offering lossless digital options.
  12. This is one of the reasons why I'm happy that I don't have to manage people anymore. Just realized I'll be in New York (state) for the meet weekend. Unfortunately, I'll still be couple hours away at my in-laws and/or nephew's birthday party.
  13. Received a fake/copied audio CD from Amazon. Now I get to find something to pack it for return to their warehouse (CD came in half-ripped padded envelope).
  14. Van Morrison Blowin' Your Mind! and Bang Masters. Both should be Sony/Legacy releases.
  15. Didn't realize it was that small. It sure looks a lot bigger on most of their photos.
  16. Unless I missed it reading on my phone, I see there are scant little details on actual playback capabities of the device. The triangle shape is still stupid.
  17. Happy Birthday!
  18. Different LED colors would drive me nuts.
  19. This. I love cooking eggs in mine and I've gotten pretty good at getting the eggs done the way I want. Definitely not healthy, though.
