I've been to Denali more than 20 times, and each time was different. Absolutely stunning scenery. Fantastic wildlife. I also really enjoyed Yellowstone, though it's been decades since my last visit.

I gotta say that my old Monsoons were some of my favorite desktops. Someone should pick up where they left off.

Even my old BDP-83 sounds really good.

Talked my Mom and StepDad into sourdough pancakes for dinner. Nothin' better than 51 y.o. sourdough pancakes with thick cut bacon, cooked on the grill. Real Maple syrup of coarse. Yummm!

I just recently bought a gas grill too. I also went with an infrared grill, and have used pellets to add a smokey flavor. Works great. I also really wanted a griddle for bacon and sourdough pancakes (my Mom has sourdough starter that she started the year I was born). Agreed. Kansas city BBQ is good stuff. And he seemed like such a reasonable Yankee.

I like any good BBQ too, but two things Texas does right IMO are BBQ and Chili.

How so?

The best BBQ is in Lockhart, TX. It's the BBQ capitol of Texas, and about 30 - 45 minutes out of Austin. I'd be up for driving there, and can squeeze 7 in my car.
