I took my WRX down Highway 1 from San Francisco to Los Angeles about a month back. It is one of the great roads in the US, being both scenic and challenging. It would be a tremendous road for a potential west coast HC road trip. Only key would be to do it either very early or very late to avoid all of the Winnebagos slowing down the traffic. Trying to pass 2-3 cars and a Winnebago in a single shot can be pretty darn scary even on a straightaway with good visibility. I hear that after getting down past Morro Bay you can buzz over to the Maricopa Highway (33) to Ojai to have even more fun.

Draft Lottery tonight, followed by WCF Game one. Predictions: Warriors in 5, Hawks in 7.

Just finished the last two episodes. A brilliant ending to an absolutely brilliant show. Mad Men certainly isn't for everyone, but this really is one of televisions masterpieces. Bravo, Matthew Weiner.

Blasphemy! Tahoe in the winter is as fun and as beautiful as anywhere else in California! I hope for more reasons than one that we in California have a VERY wet fall/winter this year. The skiing resorts have been badly hurt by the drought just like everybody else.

Oh man, you are crazy! The East has had three straight games decided by buzzer beating shots! I realize Washington has no chance of winning it all without John Wall so that takes a bit of the luster out of Hawks-Wiz, but this Chicago-Cleveland series feels like it really could go either way. I bet the winner of game 5 takes both series. -- As for me, I'm a nervous wreck ahead of GSW-Memphis game 4. If we (GSW) drop this one, the dream will start really looking dim. If we tie it up at 2-2 I still love our chances.

I am also surprised you have got your battery down that low. I don't think mine has been below 25% since I got it, and I've put it through some heavy use. Maybe it is battery size differences between the 42 and 38mm models?

Fun games last night. The Rockets absolutely could not afford to lose another game to the CP3-less Clips and they pulled through at the end. I think we are going to see them make an effort to get Dwight on to Blake more. They just can't let they guy continue to tear them up. Because dammit, we need a current NBA thread. It looks like there is going to be a pair of awesome games tonight. I'm really looking forward to seeing how LeBron and Kyrie respond to a little adversity. It is crazy that every singe one of the home teams in round two has already dropped a game at home. If the Cavs go down two games I'm officially worried for them. As for Houston, if they can't beat LAC without CP3 in the lineup then they are toast. Thank god for having a DVR! should be some outstanding games.

Not my favorite boxing fight, but Floyd can frustrate the audience as well as he frustrates his opponents. If Manny can't hit him then I doubt anyone will be able to. Yeah, Manny may have had an injured shoulder, but I'm not sure that would have made the difference between winning and losing. As a Warriors fanatic, I'm thrilled we won't be seeing the Spurs. I tip my hat to them though, that was one of the great game 7s of all time.

I've had it for only 5 days now, but I think you are going to be very happy when yours arrives. As long as you charge it every day you shouldn't have to worry about the battery life.

Got a tracking number today for delivery tomorrow for my SS with WSB. Woohoo! My excitement is tempered by the fact that that the Space Grey one I'm giving to someone as a gift won't be showing up anytime soon, but oh well.

So I bought two on launch night (one for me, one as a gift) and it looks like one of them is going to arrive this week and the other isn't. Boo-urns! The Space Grey Sport must be all kinds of supply constrained.
