    GTA IV

Thanks Deepak. That's good to know.
  2. lol. Same here as your name is different here.
  3. I brought aardvark sandwich's Pico and I just had it for two days and it is simply amazing. I want to spend more time with them before I post impressions though. I brought it originally just to try it out, and then sell it again for the same price. But now, I don't know if I should sell it or keep it as I'm enjoying it a fair amount...
  4. Hi n_maher and Reks. yeah it is probably user dependent. I did like the HR Microstack and HR Desktop Max with the HD650 and K701s, but for the Grados it was just bright to my ears. Overall though HR was the reasons why I looked into this hobby so I thank them .
  5. When I had the Headroom micro DAC/AMP combo with the desktop DAC chip I noticed that my Grados from the SR60, SR80, SR225, and RS1s were particularly bright and very fatiguing. I even had a chance to listen to a HR Max DAC/Amp with my Grados and it was very fatiguing as well . I did notice that they performed well with the HD650s and K701s though.
  6. I must say that I am very happy with the Dragon. The amount of tubes and adapters that I've tried with it really changes the sound in regards to detail and sound stage. I definitely have fun tube rolling to get different sounds that I enjoy with my different set of cans.
  7. Thanks for all the responses in the thread. I was considering getting a SA5000, but you guys saved me some money . I have the AD2000s and I've been very happy with them. I had the RS-1s and although I did like them the highs were too much for my ears at time . I have been enjoying the K500s and I just purchased a K701 again and owning them a second time around with my upgraded equipment made all the difference in enjoying them. For the value I agree with Elephas that the K701 and HD600 are great for the value. The DT880 is okay, but I'm still trying to spend more time with them since I just got them only 2 weeks ago.
  8. X2 on the Congratulations. I wish you all the best
  9. I'm wondering the same thing to Purk. I'm sure lots of people would ask them why did they give Morph201 that information on their side of the story. Not sure what they can really say though since their reputation is meaning dragged in the mud. Damage control opportunities have long past..
  10. Very nice. I sure do like that song a bunch
  11. The meet looked great . Thanks for sharing.
  12. I'm glad you had a good day . Tomorrow will be sucky for taxes for sure..
  13. Artist: George Michael Album: Listen Without Prejudice Song: "Praying for Time" Lyric: "The rich declare themselves poor And most of us are not sure If we have too much But well take our chances Because God stopped keeping score I guess somewhere along the way He must have let us all out to play Turned his back and all gods children Crept out the back door"

  15. Great Series. Watching Battlestar Gallatica's new Season
  16. These are great comparisons for sure. I would have to agree as well with the sound of the L3000 and HP2. I haven't heard either with a ZD, but did hear both side by side with my SP amp and I did enjoy my L3000s more than the HP2. Like I said earlier she's a fun girl, but nothings wrong with age and refinement .
  17. Grawk definitely put it well in regards to the amp pairing and fun (L3000) or sterile (HP2). I liked the L3000s as she was a fun girl. But the HP2 was more like a vintage fine wine.
  18. Good stuff. I love that album. Just brought a DT880. Gonna give it a try. I heard the DT880 before, but never spent any quality head time with it.
  19. Thanks for your impressions on the Opera. I have read that many do like the B22 and agree with Grawk that it would be a huge upgrade
  20. A 2c51 adapter and some Tung sol 2c51s
  21. I had the same experience with the flats on the HF-1s. I did like the bowls more, but the highs did become fatiguing. I did like the HP-2s with flats of course, and the vintage RS1s did have their moments for sure . But now I really like the HD650s more as well.
