Expensive way to get across the cliff:

I had a 4G iMod for some time and couldn't really hear a difference between the iMod and a standard iPod with a LOD, so I ended up selling it. The 5G seems more convenient though, as you're not forced to use an amp, but before repairing it and investing money into it, I'd try to borrow an iMod setup and see if it's worth it for you... unless you've already done that.

Any specific instrument? His organ transcriptions of Vivaldi concertos sound pretty epic to me, but it's hard to compare the technical difficulty of the organ with the violin for example.

I actually stopped watching the show at the middle of the fourth season and never bothered to watch the end. First two seasons were awesome, but they lost it after that, it started getting boring and generic. With that said, I still enjoy House every week, so I might have weird TV opinions.

I was pretty much convinced to order the LCD-2 from early reports, but now I guess I'll have to wait for comparisons between the two. How do both products compare in terms of build quality? Perhaps Feifei did some sabotage work on the LCD-2 to make them sound worst than the HE-5?

Transatlantic - The Whirlwind It has all the faults of its two predecessors (overlong epics, weird transitions between song sections, part of songs that feel like jams, cheesy lyrics), but also all the qualities (great musicianship, great interaction between players, awesome "prog" moments, uplifting music). Overall, I like the album, it's a thousand miles better than the last three Dream Theater albums and it should please Transatlantic fans.
