Is there any sort of standard connector for DSD output (specifically 3-wire, DSDR, DSDR and DSDCLK)? I'm thinking of using a 5-pin Lemo. No way I can fit a bunch of BNC connectors either.
5 is exactly what I was going to guess. I remember listening to the K1000 at full blast and it was just loud enough. I also remember using the F5 which has gain just less than 6 with the K1000 and thinking the same.
Not at all related to this amp in any form or fashion, just wanted to have a baseline. Thanks!
Let me challenge you for a second here. Are there any commercial headphone amp companies that provide distortion numbers that are the result of measurement equipment that would be considered industry standard? How many of these companies own a AP for example?
To stretch a point to make a point, I wonder how Headamp would substantiate the distortion numbers on their electrostatic amplifiers?
