I got the powder coating back. Damn they did a good job. Everything seems to fit too. I brought my T2 heat sinks and they said they will be able to accommodate the narrowish fin distance, so when the time comes I'll have them do my chassis. Pics once I get home.

1 tsp DIY grenadine
2.5 oz DIY Amer Picon
Soda
1 oz brandy
Fill old fashioned with crushed ice. Add grenadine and Picon. Add side but leave enough for 1 oz brandy. Float brandy.

(proportions are my own)
1/4 tsp Peychaud's
1/4 tsp Angostura
1/4 tsp Amer Picon
3/4 tsp Gran Gala
3/4 tsp simple syrup
3/4 tsp maraschino liqueur
2 oz Handy
1/2 oz water
Shake with ice and serve up

Stir and garnish with a cherry

The Brooklyn Cocktail
2 oz rye (1.5 oz Handy, 0.5 oz water)
0.75 oz dry vermouth (0.5 oz + 1 tsp Dolin)
2 tsp DIY Amer Picon
2 tsp maraschino liqueur
Stir and strain. Add cherry
