I've eaten my chili for both meals today. Even without the beans, it came out perfect.

I think it's a cause thing -- like driving vs. being a passenger -- you know exactly what's about to happen, because you're causing it, whereas if you're a passenger...(mimes finger-down-throat)...

I am by no means a connoisseur, but I have several keyboards. Not sure what to call them -- some are mechanical clickity clackity, but I thought the others were mechanical also, they just have rubber grommets to make them quieter. Noise is noise -- it's less annoying when I'm doing it, but if it can be subdued, I much prefer it subdued.

Fiiiiiinally finished Declare, started off kind of slow (mostly my fault -- I only read when on the road, and wasn't on the road, so the story got real broken up, but finally finished my rBook [real book], so instead of starting another one, finished this), but finished really strongly. Started The Noble Hustle: Poker, Beef Jerky, and Death -- really amusing so far. Oh, and good news for fans of Mira Grant.
