    I demand melon shots.

They're not toilet iPod white, huzzah. Whoa! Did you see they have a replaceable headphone cable? Mini 3-pin XLR, looks like.
  3. This is what we currently have, before the shakeup: ...I have a feeling it will become something like: I'm tempted to take it up to 20/20, but there's no way I'm paying for 50/20. Heck, even if I don't do anything, I should get throttled down to half as bad as previously. That's still pretty good.
  4. My first question would be to ask if you have an issue with background RF, in which case I would recommend going shielded. And yeah, I would definitely recommend going from one of the people offering here, since it has a semi-proprietary connection on one side (what is that, an SVGA-type connector?...yup, it's a 15-pin D-sub port, looks like); that way, you can bypass having an extra connection you don't need. Extra connections == bad.
  5. I use Thunderbird on a daily basis at work. It's fine: It's an email client, and it's not Outlook, and that's good enough for me. Todd -- that reasoning doesn't work on me -- they don't like me to keep my email on the server; they haven't upgraded that server in years.

    God's floss.
  7. I really need to look at upgrading to unthrottled FIOS.
  8. What do you mean, they didn't perform? They sent you back an item unmodified?
  9. Mostly black Invicta through woot. I probably should have passed, the thing is only 1mm smaller than my ultra-uber-huge one.
  10. Mostly black watch...but it is an Invicta, so I may get it anyway...
  11. Home-made. Because then you know exactly what blood and sweat went into it.
  12. Actually, I think they're saying go ahead and take showers, wash dishes and clothing, and for god's sake, flush the damn toilets. They just want you to boil it for a minute before ingesting it, I believe.
  13. I don't know, your melon looks healthy and ripe in that pic.

LOL, I hope they put it up as is, just like everything else they do.
  15. But we need to stimulate the economy.

  17. Actually, I like both the G08 and the DT880.
  18. I don't know, those look pretty colored. Cyan, to be specific.
  19. Yay, I found out we're not affected. My housemate sent me this link, saying that only the pink area is affected. That makes more sense once you see the bigger picture.
  20. A rim job on the Metro.
  21. I have to admit, I'm not looking forward to the next couple of days.
  22. I believe the LEDs are orange (or "is", not sure how many there are). I believe there's also orange on the inside.
  23. Dryel.
  24. I hope you did that from home. You know about the water problems we're having, right? Jesus, no showers for three days? I'm going to be rank.
  25. Yeah, but the problem is, there's this thing called something like the Intarwebz, and a lot more people know the value of something, so they get snagged up for flipping purposes pretty quickly, any more.
