I'm constantly amazed at how so many phones HPA listens to that have "recessed mids". It seems so consistent that my hypothesis is that the listener's receivers have low sensitivity in the mids.

For homeopathy, some of its tenets have been experimentally validated, some have not. The point is, most of its claims are testable, even if it may be difficult to do so. ^^^ This. IMO the D5000 and D7000 are not significantly better than the D2000. All of them are comfy but the D2000 are the comfiest because of their weight.

Some of the "guys" here would probably also recommend taking a look at some of the pro units especially those made by metric halo/sonic studio.
