If you can take ibuprofen and naproxen which are NSAIDs without issues, there's a lot of hope you can take many of them. Tylenol is a different type of substance, and mostly analgesic but not anti-inflammatory. Pretty safe for most people. I think it's important being tested when any pharmacologic allergy happens, specially if antibiotics and NSAIDs are involved. The allergic reaction usually is more severe if you use a large dose, but when real allergy (and no just intolerance) appears, even the slightest dose will elicit a response. If you're in doubt you may allergic to some medicin try another alternative, and if there's no other one, then try a small dose like 1/4 of a tablet or less. Sometimes just licking a tablet or putting a few grains from a pill on your lip will suffice to see if you're allergic.

I have no idea what they've been removing, but looks good If you're allergic to Salsalate is quite possible you're to Aspirin and many other related drugs, including Indometacin and other NSAID. However getting yourself checked with allergic tests would be great, so you'd know for sure. There are many circumstances in life that knowing what NSAID you can use is very important, for the other only alternative is taking steroids, which is not always that desirable. Dinny, it's possible we could see clearer differences (if they exist) on top harmonics (let's say from 18 to 22KHz) if you can - Adjust spectral analysis on Audacity at 1024 points (window size), increase dynamic range up to 120dB and use Blackmann-Harris window instead of hanning. - Then take a 2 seconds fragment rich on high frequency harmonics and zoom the analysis on it on both files. If they look the same, in any case we could see if the high Freq. energy on the HDT has some harmonic structure or is mainly noise.

Helium isn't poisonous, but if you breath just it, you die suffocated I guess. There's a mixture of Helium and oxygen which is used in medicine to alleviate respiratory symptoms. On critical conditions it allows for easier ventilation while you try to make an emergency tracheotomy. The UCI in our hospital uses it in such circumstances, which gives some extra time. If he was asthmatic or had another lung condition, maybe he used this Heliox to ease his breath, and then would explain their finding helium in his body.
