July 12, 20179 yr comment_769368 Lynskey welds do look better to meThe LS I have is 2009, T2 geo.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro Report
July 13, 20179 yr comment_769404 Did a super short neighborhood ride on the Lynskey. Not really any closer to the DeSalvo ride I have been missing than the Litespeed. Maybe a tiny bit better but not enough to really notice. Report
July 14, 20179 yr comment_769412 Get a DeSalvo again? I don't even know what that is, but it seems logical. Report
July 14, 20179 yr comment_769416 That is a good thought. But the right answer is buy a Firefly that is much nicer than the DeSalvo for a lot more money. Problem solved. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Report
July 14, 20179 yr comment_769418 And it just cost two TN Ti bikes to make that realization.**BRENT**Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk Report

It is either a serial killer or a patsy, depending on which camp you fall into. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Albert_DeSalvo 51 minutes ago, VPI said: I should have known nothing worthwhile will ever come out of TN. July 14, 20179 yr comment_769498 Trying to decide if either Chattanooga bike is a keeper. I think a stem change would help with the Lynskey as it is quite a bit longer and flipped compared to the Litespeed. Still fairly aggressive for their non-aggressive model. I think I might keep the Litespeed as a flat pedal ride to breakfast bike and get rid of the Lynskey at this point. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Report
July 14, 20179 yr comment_769504 If you feel they don't "call to you" to go out for a ride... then don't keep them. Life, and health, are too short to be riding halfway lovingly [emoji7]Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro Report

July 14, 20179 yr comment_769522 Loaner Jones bike the shop dropped off for me to use while they work on finishing mine. Riding on 3 inch tires set up tubeless with low air kind of feels like riding a full suspension bike on the street. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Report
July 15, 20179 yr comment_769525 Moon lander effect! Also, I don't know if you remember that time we went mountain biking in north Potomac, there was a group of guys on Jones. Remember the guys on the unicycles going up the trail?? Ha ha Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro Report
July 15, 20179 yr comment_769526 I remember the Unicycles. Those guys were talented. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Report

July 21, 20179 yr comment_770044 This is not something you see everyday. Saint DH MTB flats on an Ultegra crank arm. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Report
July 21, 20179 yr comment_770051 Justin ran saint flats on your Calfee back at the first lake ride. Report
July 21, 20179 yr comment_770062 Yep, those are rather practical if you just want to ride in any shoe. I ran something similar on my Trek 500 in the last year or so. Since switched back to eggbeater (also MTB). I had enough of walking on cleats in the '80's, thanks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Report
July 30, 20179 yr comment_770975 After 4500km this year I need to replace chain (Ultegra) and the front brake disc (XTR). I ordered a Dura Ace chain and this: A friend said me that Dura Ace chain is not as strong as an Ultegra but I would like to test it. I usually change the chain between 4000-5000 kms. Report
July 30, 20179 yr comment_770979 I went to go "ride street" with a buddy yesterday. By "ride street" I mean I was going to go watch him jump stuff and ride around the city.I got about 2/10ths of a mile before this.I thought it was just a scratch, but a day later I realize it probably wasn't wise to go ride another 8-10 miles or so around town. But, installed the new carbon bar.Old Woodman 630mmNew Pro Tharsis 720mm and Pro Tharsis 80mm stemNo video of me crashing, but I did get video of me doing something I could have crashed badly on. Sadly I made it. Sorry, guys, I failed you.**BRENT** Report
